Aaron's is currently seeking a high-energy individual to be the General Manager / Multi Unit Manager in our Baltimore, Maryland Region.We are a value-based organization that believes employees are the key to our success. Aaron's is a leader in the lease-ownership industry, offering customers a wide variety of major household durable goods. With over 55 years experience and over 1800+ stores nationwide, Aaron's has a proven track record of satisfying customer needs.Our General Managers are responsible for training and development of associates, superior customer service, revenue growth, collections, and inventory control. The successful applicant must have demonstrated a record of achievement as a general or multi unit manager in a retail store, rent to own store, restaurant, or similar business.Aaron's General Manager compensation program is tied directly to store revenues and profits, and is adjusted twice a year based on the prior six months' operating results. Base salary is depending on experience, successful managers have unlimited earning potential.Seeking candidates with:

Qualifications
