Job Description:

Title: Billing Clerk Location: Salisbury, MD Pay: $16-20/hour Description: + Execute daily billing process, analyzes customer usage patterns and investigate and resolve discrepancies + Review and complete all meter/service order types in billing system and investigate and resolve discrepancies. For DNG only, with the exception of orders related to Transportation service and Instrument orders + Process and reconcile all credit balance refunds and weekly invoices from third party vendor (FPU only) + Assist in the resolution of issues related to balancing Accounts Receivable + Prepares and analyzes daily, weekly and monthly reports for accuracy and processes/initiates the correction and resolution of identified issues + Document and maintain Back Office processes and procedures manual as it relates to Billing/Admin + Search for and present ideas to improve processes and procedures that maintain accuracy while improving efficiency and production + Participates in process improvement projects and supports the team in implementing changes For immediate consideration, please email your resume to mbuckman@ About Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, we're dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
