Prometric is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead Global Forecasting, Global Revenues, and financial leadership to the Chief Client Officer / Commercial organization on all expense and investment decisions.This individual will work in a dynamic, fast paced environment guiding the organization to achieve accurate forecasting and revenue growth expectations.In this role, the Senior Finance Manager will refine the global forecast process, leading to improved accuracy and accountability, as well as drive revenue and profitability growth in partnership with Sales leadership to identify and execute on profitable revenue opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead global forecasting efforts through refinement of current process and execution of monthly forecast
• Lead global revenue efforts in partnership with sales leadership to drive profitable revenue growth through identified actions to execute and implement
• Senior business partner to Chief Client Officer / Commercial organization, developing relationship and trust with key stakeholders that enable the ability to influence outcomes and decisions
• Lead pricing efforts of new opportunities, including building of Profit & Loss statements for new opportunities
• Lead ACV (Annual Contract Value) validation efforts of sales opportunities for incentive compensation purposes, as well as company sales tracking towards annual goals.Map expected revenues by year for each sales opportunity as well as all aggregate sales opportunities
• Responsible for developing annual operating budgets, monthly and full year expense forecast updates and variance analysis - drive decisioning to self-fund initiatives and identify/execute actions to offset shortfalls
• Participate in the monthly close process to ensure results are achieved as planned/forecasted
• Lead financial discussion with CFO and Sales leaders to discuss performance and action plans to achieve financial goals
• Prepare all financial models and presentations required by the CCO to support short- and long-term investment decisions and drive strategic plan
• Provide strategic business support on major existing and future initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA (or equivalent) preferred EXPERIENCE
    • 7+ years of experience in a financial planning and analysis leadership role
    • A proven ability to work well with all levels of management required with ability to influence
    • Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion Essbase (or equivalent financial database/accounting system) required; Experience working with Peoplesoft preferred SKILLS
      • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; very detail oriented but can see the big picture as well
      • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; able to communicate with all levels of the organization
      • Strong ability to develop trusting relationships and influence outcomes
      • Must be comfortable in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures
      • Independent; able to get things done with minimal supervision
