  • Drive strategic design support for key tax pursuits across multiple geographies and industries
  • Direct art and design projects such as proposal documents, presentation materials, and key pursuit communications from concept through production, including the coordination of other support resources
  • Actively participate in meetings with pursuit teams throughout the lifecycle of key tax pursuits to support all design aspects, support team leaders with design components across a range of ad hoc projects and strategic growth initiatives
  • Foster open communication, collaboration, and consistent approach to design across the broader Tax Organization, the pursuit teams we serve, and within the tax proposal coordinator team
  • Consistently refresh and champion a continuous improvement mindset, making documents available for teams where dedicated tax proposal resources may not be aligned; identify methods to maximize consistency and efficiency for more routine design projects, so that we as a team have more time to focus on fostering innovation and experimenting to create value
  • Coach the tax proposal coordinator team and other tax professionals on approach to design components of significant pursuits to help bring a consistent, strategic lens to delivering critical messages to our clients in new, innovative waysQualifications:
    • Minimum five years of recent, relevant creative design and branding experience in a professional services environment; proven work experience in both digital and print design
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent relevant professional experience
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications
    • Independent, self-starter and creative thinker who is extremely motivated and comfortable sharing ideas, discussing constructive feedback, and providing hands-on tactical support with a strong client service and results-oriented mindset
    • Comfort building rapport with various levels of professionals, both in-person and virtually; adapts quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment and stays flexible
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong leadership presence exemplified across all levels working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
