Job Description:
Recruiting Coordinator (6 month + contract)
Location: McLean, VA
Responsibilities:
Play an important role in building engagement with job candidates
and facilitating their successful navigation through our employment
process.
Work in close collaboration with recruiters, provide:
- Resume sourcing
- interview scheduling and travel arrangements
- applicant tracking
- background checks
- offer letters and related correspondence
- onboarding coordination
- Previous hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
Desired:
-Experience supporting recruiting operations
- Familiarity with Kenexa/BrassRing
-Resume sourcing experience (job boards)
