About Global Financial Crimes
In Global Financial Crimes (GFC), you will play a critical role in
identifying potentially suspicious activity, protecting vulnerable
individuals, and safeguarding the integrity of the financial
system. GFC coordinates day-to-day implementation of the Firm's
financial crime prevention efforts. Including governance, oversight
and execution of the Firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions,
Anti-Corruption and Government and Political Activities Compliance
programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As an experienced Investigations Director/Vice President in GFC,
you will:
This role will require in office attendance 3 days/week. Two of
those days will be Anchor Days where you will be in the office with
your teammates to learn, grow, and collaborate in person.
The Baltimore office is the Firm's largest U.S. office outside of
New York, with approximately 2,000 employees representing most of
the Firm's Divisions.

Expected base pay rates for the role in Baltimore will be between
83000 and 177000 per year at the commencement of employment.
However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized
basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which,
depending on the position, may also include commission earnings,
incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and
long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored
benefit programs.
Expected base pay rates for the role in New York will be between
85000 and 190000 per year at the commencement of employment.
However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized
basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which,
depending on the position, may also include commission earnings,
incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and
long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored
benefit programs.
