Finance, Infrastructure & Real Estate (PFIRE) Support Specialist is
responsible for managing various aspects of the corporate and real
estate transaction process. This position is among a dynamic team
of attorneys and paralegals who oversee all aspects of the DC
office's PFIRE team. A hybrid work schedule is available for this

- Assist with all aspects of corporate and real estate
transactions required to align with specific client needs.
- Including proficiency in editing and formatting documents in
preparation of electronic signature packages.
- Coordinating virtual closings and compiling and distribution of
final closing documents.
- Collection of documents to create closing binders in both
digital and hard copy format.
- Ensuring that documents are properly organized and assembled
(printed when applicable) prior to closing.
- Assist with downloading transaction documents, saving to Net
Documents and coordinate printing.
- Manage all aspects of attorneys' calendars including key
closing deadlines. Maintain constant awareness of whereabouts of
those individuals being supported. As necessary, reschedule
appointments with clients and/or firm management and modify all
related details.
- Manage all travel arrangements including flight, car, hotel,
dinner; and contact clients directly to schedule meetings in an
order that will allow for the most efficient use of the attorneys'
time when on business trips. Research and coordinate, business
development meetings/events related to the practice.
- Promptly prepare expense reimbursements, verifying for accuracy
and ensuring proper documentation is provided.
- Coordinate client billing with paralegals, the billing
coordinator and the primary billing attorney.
- Coordinate time entry with primary billing attorney.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development and
client contacts.
- Oversee day to day operations including but not limited to,
files (paper and electronic) and be able to retrieve any document
as requested at any time.
- Produce engagement letters. This includes processing conflicts
and new business forms.
- Greet clients/visitors to the Firm as it relates to the PFIRE
department practice.
- Work with attorneys and paralegals to ensure prompt service to
clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience within a law firm
setting.
- Bachelor's Degree required. Experience in lieu of a degree will
be considered.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle difficult
situations and meet varying deadlines.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with personnel at
all levels.
- Strong research, proofreading and editing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel and Power
Point).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
concurrently.
- Willingness to learn new skills involving transactional

annual salary range for this position, depending on location, is as
follows:
- Washington, DC: $69,807 to $99,851In addition to a standard
benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional
contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but
not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work
experience, education, and qualifications.
