Advance your career with us and make a lasting impact on patient care! /n/n About the unit: /n/n /n/t - Newly constructed 19-bed closed observation unit – focus on the following diagnoses: /n /n/n /n/t - Chest pain, Syncope, COPD Astha Exacerbation, Pneumonia, TIA, UTI, AKI, Dizziness & Peripheral Vertigo, ESRD and Missed Dialysis, Cellulitis and Intractable Nausea and Vomiting. /n /n/n /n/t - Plan of care focused on discharging patients safely with protocolized care pathways within 24 hours /n/t - Increased nurse autonomy in facilitating care plan with support of Charge Nurse and Throughput Nurse /n/t - Designated provider team (MDs/ APPs) available with Care Management support /n /n/n /n/n JOB SUMMARY: /n/n Under the supervision of the RN provides age-appropriate care.
