Our services typically include: /n/n /n/t - Ongoing management of diabetes and insulin therapy /n/t - Diagnosis and treatment of thyroid and pituitary disorders /n/t - Care for osteoporosis, PCOS, and other hormone-related conditions /n /n/n As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will be central in supporting patients in managing chronic conditions and improving their quality of life. /n/n /n/n Under the direction of the Unit Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers age-appropriate, direct clinical care to patients in an outpatient endocrinology setting. This role is accountable for patient assessment, care planning, implementation, education, and discharge coordination on a per-shift and unit level.
