Health’s Endocrinology Associates provides specialized care for
endocrine and metabolic disorders across multiple outpatient
locations. Our services typically include: /n/n /n/t - Ongoing
management of diabetes and insulin therapy /n/t - Diagnosis and
treatment of thyroid and pituitary disorders /n/t - Care for
osteoporosis, PCOS, and other hormone-related conditions /n /n/n As
part of our interdisciplinary team, you will be central in
supporting patients in managing chronic conditions and improving
their quality of life. /n/n /n/n Under the direction of the Unit
Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers age-appropriate, direct
clinical care to patients in an outpatient endocrinology setting.
This role is accountable for patient assessment, care planning,
implementation, education, and discharge coordination on a
per-shift and unit level. The RN also provides supervision to
support staff and plays a key role in maintaining high standards of
care, safety, and resource management. /n/n Key Responsibilities
/n/n /n/t - Deliver clinical care based on LifeBridge Health
standards, protocols, and policies. /n/t - Perform and document
comprehensive patient assessments, including physical and emotional
well-being. /n/t - Prioritize patient and family needs, integrating
them into individualized care plans. /n/t - Identify and provide
educational support to empower informed decision-making. /n/t -
Develop discharge plans independently or in collaboration with care
teams. /n/t - Coordinate with peers and support staff to ensure
quality patient experiences. /n/t - Stay up to date on changes to
hospital procedures and clinical guidelines. /n /n/n Qualifications
/n/n /n/t - Registered Nurse (RN) with current Maryland licensure
or eligibility to obtain /n/t - Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification (required) /n/t - Experience: Less than 1 year of
nursing experience (ideal for new graduates or early-career RNs)
/n/t - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication
skills /n/t - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced
