proactive, and client-focused service. What You Will Be Doing As a
Senior Tax Accountant, you will: Manage client assignments:
Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, using project
management tools to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and success.
Prepare & Review: Handle the preparation of tax returns (entity and
individual), payroll and sales tax filings, workpapers, and
financial statements. Research & Advise: Conduct tax research,
draft memos, and collaborate with senior team members to implement
solutions. Support and Mentor: Guide interns by offering consistent
feedback, recognition, and developmental support. Foster
Collaboration: Work closely with peers and leadership to ensure
quality, accuracy, and knowledge-sharing across teams. Contribute
to Growth: Actively support firm initiatives and demonstrate
continued development of technical, interpersonal, and leadership
skills. Who You Are You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in
accounting. You are actively pursuing CPA certification (minimum of
one section passed). You demonstrate strong technical,
communication, and client service skills. You enjoy working in a
collaborative environment and mentoring early-career professionals.
