strategies aligned with long-term goals. The Position The
Registered Client Service Associate is a client-facing, licensed
support role focused on delivering exceptional service and
operational execution while supporting Financial Advisors in the
implementation and ongoing management of client relationships. This
position partners closely with advisors to prepare client
materials, execute trades, manage account activity, and ensure a
smooth, high-quality client experience. The role involves regular
client communication, portfolio support, and coordination of
financial planning and investment-related tasks, while maintaining
compliance standards and contributing to the firm’s operational
excellence. This role is in the office daily, with limited
work-from-home/telework offered on a case-by-case basis. Client
interactions are presently conducted both in person and virtually.
Responsibilities ? Support Financial Advisors in delivering
personalized wealth management solutions ? Serve as a primary point
of contact for client service needs and requests ? Assist with
reviewing and communicating portfolio information and account
activity to clients ? Prepare materials and reports for client
meetings, including some virtual meetings ? Execute trades in
client accounts (Series 7 license required) ? Utilize Morningstar
to assist with portfolio construction and investment research ?
Prepare Excel reports from the LPL Financial client management
system to analyze data and create efficiencies ? Perform
operational duties related to establishing and maintaining client
accounts ? Initiate electronic forms and/or paperwork for new and
existing clients, including account transfers, money requests, ACH
setup, and maintenance items ? Become proficient with the LPL
Financial account management system ? Utilize Redtail CRM for
client management and documentation ? Coordinate closely with
independent, high-performing financial advisors as part of a
team-based practice ? Participate in the firm’s compliance
processes and maintain accurate client records ? Speak with clients
and handle requests efficiently and professionally ? Other duties
to support the firm and advisors as needed Qualifications ? Series
7 license required and active ? Must hold or be willing to obtain
Series 65/Series 63 or Series 66 license(s) ? Commitment to
remaining licensed and registered in a client service and support
capacity ? Prefer 5 or more years of experience in financial
services, particularly in a client service, advisor support, or
operations role ? Finance, business, or related degrees or
concentrations preferred ? Strong organizational and time
management skills ? Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
and follow-through ? Must be a team player within a collaborative,
advisor-supported practice ? Enjoy interacting with clients and
supporting long-term relationships ? Strong computer skills (Word,
Excel, eMoney, Redtail CRM, and other industry programs) ? Strong
written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Salary Benefits
Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 based on experience, with opportunity
for bonus compensation in addition to base salary. Insurance
