Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed. /n /n This position is onsite in Fort Mead, MD, five days a week, and requires a TS/SCI security clearance. /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS197, T5, Band 8/n /n /n /n /n /n Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: /n - Provides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. /n - Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. /n - Typical duties include analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architecture, and other related management and technical duties. /n - Requires expertise in specialty areas. /n - Shall perform engineering tasks for back-end design and development efforts including, but not limited to, developing back-end architectures to support current and new system capabilities and integrations, RESTful API development and modification, database management, and data model development and optimization. /n /n Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: /n - Active TS/SCI clearance is required. /n - Must be able to report on-site in Ft Meade, MD up to five days per week based on customer requirements. /n - Bachelor’s degree in related field required. /n - A Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience. /n - 10 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages with the ability to apply several tool suites related to DevSecOps, microservices and containers. /n - 5 years of experience performing back-end web design and development. /n - 10 years of experience in relational databases, RESTful API development and integration. /n - 5 years of experience in Python and PostgreSQL. /n - 5 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira). /n - 5 years of experience testing web-based applications. /n - 5 years of experience leading software development programs or projects. /n - 3 years of experience with the following: AWS Infrastructure, Kubernetes, and RedHat Linux. /n - 5 years of experience with at least five (5) of the following: /n - Postgress /n - RDS /n - Exodus /n - Python /n - Luna /n - Java /n - Docker /n - OpenJDK /n - Ansible /n - Packer /n - Maven /n - Kubernetes /n - Red Hat /n - Demonstrated experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests and results to verify system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements. /n - Practical experience developing in a cloud environment. /n /n Preferred Skills and Qualifications: /n - Experience with integrating data from unclassified to classified application deployments. /n - 5 years of experience with DoW software development. /n - Experience using Agile Test-Driven development. /n - Experience integrating into DoW DevSecOps environments. /n - 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development. /n - Demonstrated experience in utilizing UX design tool suites (e.g., Sketch, InVision). /n - Experience structuring data so it can be integrated into machine learning technologies or AI capabilities. /n /n /n /ntechjobs clearance veteransPage USCYBERCOM /n /n /n /n /n Minimum Requirements/n /n /n /n TCS197, T5, Band 8/n /n /n /n /n EEO Statement/n /n /n /n Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
