This role is ideal for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient-centered care in the comfort of a patient’s home. /n/nPosition Summary/n/n The Speech Therapist is responsible for conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments, delivering skilled Speech Language Pathology services, and acting as case manager for speech-therapy-only patients.
