You will function as a clinician, advisor, and resource, applying your critical care skills and specialized knowledge to make a meaningful impact in high-acuity situations. /n/n This position offers a potential of up to $6,000 sign-on bonus. /n/n Key Responsibilities: /n/n /n/t - Deliver direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring safety, compassion, and excellence. /n/t - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families through complex care needs. /n/t - Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practice in providing neonatal care, including emergency interventions when needed. /n /n/n Requirements: /n/n Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program. /n/n Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Maryland. /n/n Certification: American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
