Job Description:

Ring of Honor Wrestling (ROH)--has a new and exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.--Reporting to the General Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for many critical tasks that are essential to the day-to-day operations of ROH. Additionally, this person will work with multiple departments to coordinate a variety of activities and tasks to ensure smooth operation of live event touring. Responsibilities: Supporting the General Manager and Director of Operations through a variety of activities essential to the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the office and warehouse. Verify receipts and validity of all expense reports in accordance with our travel policy. Order supplies or equipment for the office, production, live events operations, etc. Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels for the ROH Pro Shop. Organize and coordinate the checks for "per-event" contractors. Administer and keep records of all artwork releases, talent releases, and music releases as needed for business operations. Provide or Coordinate customer service for Honorclub. Travel and attend events as required to assist with the setup and sale of merchandise, tickets, or autographs as necessary. Assist and Coordinate talent during appearances or other PR events as requested. Assist with travel planning and logistics as requested Provide excellent customer service for the ROH Membership Program-- Skills: Administrative writing skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information Self-directed and able to work without supervision Energetic and adaptive to change. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; in business administration, communications or related field preferred Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills Exceptional interpersonal skills; professional demeanor Strong ability to take initiative on a range of tasks Upholds a strict level of confidentiality Able to work outside of 9-5 Ability to travel around 20% for live events Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace!
