Looking for a highly motivated and positive person to add to our Administrative Team!
Our company, Y&L Outdoors, (a recent merger between Y&L Landscaping and Pikesville Tree Service) is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team. We are looking for a candidate that is passionate, positive, and aligns with our core values:

    Duties Included (but not limited to):
      • Screen customers and leads
      • Scheduling of all estimate appointments for various Sales Members (Landscaping/ Drainage/ Tree Work/ CMC)
      • Supporting sales team with misc items they need assistance with
      • Follow up on Proposals
      • Handling Renewals / follow ups
      • answering high volume calls throughout the day & filtering information to the appropriate colleagues
      • Request COI's (certificate of insurance) and send to customer
        • Social Media marketing;
        • Post on social media (Facebook & Instagram)
        • Send photos of recent / older projects for our marketing team to use with campaigns
        • Address notes and pictures uploaded to the dispatch board to crew for upsales.
        • Sending Broadly alerts to gain online reviews
          • General software maintenance and data entry
          • Track customer concerns and follow ups
          • Keep track of paper supplies and office supplies, order as needed
          • Handle invoicing questions
          • Accounts receivable
          • Process credit card payments & manage merchant accounts
          • Some AP (call in cc payments, send out checks, etc.)
          • Enter customers/ jobs into SAP (Property, Contact, Schedule jobs)
          • Help enter receipts when needed
          • Communicate financing options to customers/ monitoring open financing plans
          • other duties as needed
            Snow Duties: (group effort- dispatchers)

            • Create snow routes and update them as needed (update subs as well)
            • Enter all jobs into SAP and schedule services
            • Manage dispatch boards
            • Dispatch the crews per event
            • Handle any customer concerns or inquires
            • Create snow maps
            • Order rock salt and keep track of usage and amounts in remote locations
            • Keep track of hours for all snow workers and review after each storm

              Additional Requirements:
              • At least 3 years experience as an Office Administrator
              • Proficient in Google Suites and Microsoft Office
              • Has experience with Quickbooks
              • College degree preferred
              • Landscaping Experience preferred, but not required
