Job SummaryThis position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and to provide administrative services to support agency operations in the areas of customer support, insurance authorization, and data entry. This position is often the first contact the company has with the public and must maintain confidentiality of business, patient and employee matters.Responsibilities and DutiesResponsible for overall agency support processesInsurance authorizationData management/ tracking: clinical record functionsPerformance improvement and risk managementComply with established agency requirementsCustomer relations and employee satisfactionHuman resource complianceCompliance and ethics as it relates to agency servicesQualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma. Two years of clerical and business experience preferred. Two years of home health care experience preferred. College and / or business school is highly recommended. Competency in computer skills, email., facsimile, and copierJob Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:
