Sagamore Spirit is looking for a confident, professional teammate to offer daily support for the office of Sagamore Spirit. In this role, the individual will be expected to stay one step ahead as a first point of contact for both internal and external partners. With this highly interactive role, the right candidate will be extremely organized, proactive, hardworking, and have the desire to make a difference within the company. This new team member will be expected to be able to prioritize the needs of the company.

Core Responsibilities - Include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Manage office IT equipment, including copiers, phones, postage scale, new-hire laptop set-up, presentation AV
  • Applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements for various departments, including but not limited the alcohol compliance administration
  • Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy in a project manager capacity
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the coordination of hiring for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Assist with the coordination of onboarding, new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal team questions
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, events, celebrations, and conferences
  • Ensure all phone calls, mail, and deliveries are directed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Provide other administrative support to the team as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, booking travel, doing research, and creating reports


    • Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience
    • 5+ years in a Corporate Office.
    • Excellent Computer competencies with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Confident multi-tasking while remaining highly organized.
    • Attention to details and ability to execute administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
    • Exceptional Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
      Other Skills And HPO

      Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage projects and people, and organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Strong personal/team leadership and business sense.
