Job Description:
Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC (“ACM”) is looking for a Mortgage
Licensing Specialist to join our compliance team. This position
will be responsible for ensuring compliance with mortgage industry
licensing requirements and regulations. The ideal candidate will be
a self-motivated, strong communicator with exceptional attention to
detail and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Ensure quality
of periodic state-specific reports and quarterly mortgage call
reports Track deadlines for filings, renewals, and other regulatory
requirements Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure all
loan originators’ annual continuing education requirements are met
Assist with the onboarding of mortgage loan originators, including
preparing the necessary requirements and filing NMLS applications
Filing and maintaining company, branch, and individual MLO
licensing documentation Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’
combined work experience in mortgage licensing and/or mortgage
reporting Experience with Encompass/ICE loan origination system
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Strong
research and critical thinking skills General knowledge of
financial services and mortgage industry regulations, including
SAFE Act, ECOA, and RESPA requirements Ability to interact with
employees at all levels of the organization Ability to work
successfully in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, ever-changing
