Job DescriptionDaniel Construction Company, Inc., is looking for an energetic, conscientious and detail oriented individual who enjoys making a difference and takes pride in their career to work in our fast paced office. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with and support the senior management team to fulfill the mission of our company.Job Description/Responsibilities· Answer phones promptly and courteously; use initiative and good judgement to respond to inquiries or refer to appropriate staff, distribute messages accurately and timely· Provide professional administrative support to senior management team· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing· Coordinate and maintain general and confidential files· Create and modify company communications and management reports· Coordinate meetings and appointments as needed· Keep inventory of all office supplies and place orders for replenishment· Ensure office equipment is in good working order· Provide general client interface support· Conduct initial phone contact and schedule appointments with appropriate personnel· Prepare appointment packages,· Assist with initial client data entry process· Maintain confidential personnel files· Work independently and as part of a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities· College degree in related field preferred· Minimum 3 years administrative experience· Possess initiative to learn and understand the business of Daniel Construction Co.· Able to apply a broad knowledge of general office principles, practices and procedures· Strong technology skills and ability to learn new software products· Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet, Social Media· Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines· Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented· Must be articulate with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills· Ability to exercise confidentiality in all aspects of the position· Flexibility and a positive attitude, energetic and enthusiasticPaid Holidays and Vacation, and Great Management Team!
