Job Description:
Omnichannel Marketing Manager Summary:Reporting to the VP of
Marketing, this role is responsible for the development and
execution of the Omnichannel (eCommerce and shopper) marketing plan
and strategy, in line with the overall company objectives. The
Omnichannel Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing paid
media investment across key strategic accounts while collaborating
and directing external agency partners that own execution of media.
This role will also be responsible for leading the digital content
strategy to drive awareness and conversion of Pompeian products.
This position will work with the Sales Manager, the Marketing and
Innovation teams to develop strategic channel and customer programs
and optimize assortments that deliver desired sales and profit
results. --Omnichannel Marketing Manager Requirements: Four (4)
year BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
required 3+ years of media management experience (client or agency)
with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing campaign execution
at top retailers (Walmart, Amazon, Instacart, etc.) Shopper
marketing experience (client or agency) with key strategic
retailers (Kroger, Albertsons, Sam's Club) Experience using content
syndication and maintenance platforms (Salsify, Syndigo, PromoteIQ,
Bazaarvoice, etc.) Strong analytical background to support a test
and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing
campaigns for business value Excellent negotiation skills while
developing solutions Strong ownership for results and how those
results are achieved for self and team Customer focused with
excellent interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail, very
well organized and ability to work in a fast-paced changing
environment Clear and concise communication skills with high
initiative and ability to think outside the box Capability to
communicate with all levels of audiences effectively and
professionally A track record of successfully collaborating with
cross-functional business partners Analyze consumer research and
trends while bringing new ideas to the team implementing change
Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word Willingness to travel 10-15% --Omnichannel
Marketing Manager Pay and Perks: Starting pay 115K with bonus and
room for advancement
Hybrid (3 days on campus) if Baltimore based.-- Can be remote in

benefits Omnichannel Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Own the
digital marketing and content strategy Plan, manage, track, and
optimize omnichannel (digital media & in-store tactics) advertising
and promotional campaigns (full funnel plans to build awareness and
drive conversion) with agency and external partners Develop and
maintain strong partnerships with Retail Media teams and (e.g. AMS,
WMC, AMC, Albertson's, Kroger) and agency partners; negotiate on
behalf of Pompeian during annual Joint Business Planning and
on-going media/promotional opportunities Continuously optimize
investment to deliver sales, SOV, and media KPI targets and report
progress against goals (ROAS, NTB, CPC, etc.)
Work with brand and agency to develop best-in-class creative
content to leverage across all channels of distribution to improve
consumer awareness and drive consideration and sales Maintain and
support the development of retail partner's ecommerce product
catalogs with content tools like Syndigo and/or Salsify to execute
content updates Merchandise the product assortment to increase
conversion, focusing on best-in-class techniques including product
recommendations, unique offerings, cross-sells, up-sells, bundling,
etc.
Work with sales and marketing teams to launch new products online
and in store, creating an omnichannel shopping experience Analyze
and report on relevant business metrics and industry trends to
understand the health, challenges, and eCommerce growth
opportunities Monitor and report on competitor's online activities
and develop implications and action items for our business Monitor
eCommerce technology trends, evaluate business opportunities,
recommend, and execute new initiatives Performs duties per
