Who We’re Looking For An A-level BMW Technician (or highly productive B-level) with 6 years professional experience You should have no issue completing 50 hours of production per week Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working on BMW/MINI, including factory ISTA knowledge Experience to take on any BMW job that rolls in the door, from brakes to timing chains Ability to use voltmeters, amp clamps, wiring diagrams, and adapt to new scan tools quickly Meticulous attention to detail—every harness, every bolt where it belongs A positive, team-oriented attitude with passion for both the craft and your free time Other BMW/European brand experience is a big plus.
