Maintenance Supervisor Position Summary Line Mechanics are
responsible for the efficient operation of bottling lines and
related equipment. This role ensures safe and effective machine
changeovers, preventative maintenance, repairs, equipment upgrades,
and facility-wide maintenance. Line Mechanics must proactively
communicate issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure all
work aligns with safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Adhere to all maintenance
safety requirements and standards; keep safety top of mind at all
times. Repair equipment in a safe, efficient manner and report all
safety concerns, accidents, and near misses immediately.
Participate in safety inspections and accident investigations.
Maintain a clean, debris-free work environment. Ensure compliance
with Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Environmental
policies and practices. Maintenance & Technical Performance Perform
efficient line changeovers, preventative maintenance, and equipment
repairs. Maintain machinery and facility grounds to the highest
standards. Own and follow standard operating procedures for all
maintenance processes. Provide input on improving equipment
capabilities, changeover efficiency, and maintenance processes.
Coordinate with other departments to support product quality, line
speed, and safety. Minimize downtime, maximize efficiency, reduce
waste, and contribute cost-saving ideas. Support and help execute
annual maintenance plans. Continuous Improvement Continuously seek
opportunities to improve maintenance processes, services, and
overall performance. Contribute to improving departmental culture
and achieving KPIs. Assist in initiatives that enhance plant
reliability and meet customer demand. Professional Development
Create and maintain a personal development plan with the
Maintenance Supervisor. Improve at least one agreed-upon skill each
year. Identify personal career goals and communicate them to the
supervisor. Teamwork & Culture Model behavior consistent with the
Ideal Team Member Profile. Build and maintain strong professional
relationships across the organization. Support efforts to address
feedback from climate surveys. Work professionally and responsibly
while following all procedures and regulations. Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements Ability to communicate effectively with all
levels of the organization Good vision and manual dexterity High
school diploma or GED equivalent Strong interpersonal skills
Minimum of 12 months continuous growth in each position held
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience Previous experience in a
manufacturing or warehouse environment Ability to operate
industrial equipment as required Preferred Qualifications
Apprenticeship program completion, technical school training, or
Associate degree Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted
Physical Requirements Ability to operate industrial equipment as
required Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted Ability
to climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps Ability to work near
moving mechanical parts Ability to work with vibration from
specific tools Loud noise environment exposure Strong attention to
detail In-person job attendance required Ability to work a 10-hour
