Please see details below: Job Description Join our team as a Facilities Technician and contribute to our commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. In this role, you will perform daily assignments related to mechanical and facilities operations, ensuring that all building systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and compressed air systems, are operating optimally and in compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Performed facilities maintenance work orders and repairs including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure optimal performance Conduct routine inspections of facility infrastructure and address issues proactively Respond to facility-related emergencies and take appropriate corrective actions Maintain facility documentation for audits and inspections Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building safety Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping practices Utilize the SAP maintenance management program to write notifications, create orders, and review equipment history Operate company mobile equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts Use specialty hand and shop tools as required Comply with Plant rules and Safety requirements Prioritize and organize work efficiently, determining necessary resources for assignments Perform Preventive Maintenance inspections and audits, documenting findings Communicate the status of daily assignments to relevant supervisors and team members Essential Skills Prior facilities experience in a manufacturing setting required Knowledge and use of hand and shop tools Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to change Ability to work in a team environment Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply to this posting directly. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belcamp, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
