Position Summary: We’re hiring a Level 3 Residential HVAC Service Technician — a tech who can not only run the call but run it cleaner, faster, and better than most. You’ll be trusted to handle high-priority residential service work with minimal supervision, high visibility, and high expectations. You'll be the one other techs measure themselves against. What You’ll Do: Run complex service calls solo — diagnose, repair, and close the loop Communicate like a pro — honest, clear, no B.S.
