SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES: This position is responsible for managing all
aspects of field installations of waterproofing solutions. The
successful candidate will be the primary point of contact during
all installation work and ensure complete customer satisfaction by
delivering world class installations The Waterproofing Foreman will
ensure that all Crew Members are properly trained and deliver
waterproofing solutions to our customers that meet Value Dry
standards. This position will resolve service calls, manage
personnel who install waterproofing solutions and will occasionally
audit work performed to ensure all Value Dry installation standards
are being met. Coordinating with the scheduling manager, finance,
and our sales team to ensure complete customer satisfaction is
critical to the success of this role. Requirements: KEY TASKS
&RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to operate and supervise operation
of an electric jackhammer. Ability to perform and supervise all
excavation work as well as removal of waste material. Ability to
perform and supervise the Installation of sump wells and pumps.
Oversee the installation of basement waterproofing and crawl space
encapsulation systems. Troubleshoot and perform service calls to
resolve customer issues. Write detailed customer proposals
describing recommended work necessary to resolve customer issues.
Negotiate price of work and secure customer signatures on work
orders or proposals. Collect any deposits necessary to schedule or
perform work recommended. Supervise installation crews on basement
waterproofing or crawl space encapsulation. Supervise all crew
members in the execution of installation work. Proper installation
of structural repair solutions such as I-Beams, smart jacks,
helical piers, push piers, and carbon fiber. Responsible for
general maintenance of the facility. Familiar with all Value Dry
products and offerings and ability to train others on the proper
application of these solutions. Train, coach, mentor other
operations personnel. Strictly enforce company policies and
procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver license (DOT
preferred) and willing to drive a company box truck. Ability to
lift, stack and shimmy up to 50 lb. objects. Ability to operate a
skid steer and pallet jack. Self-driven with an exceptional work
ethic and the determination to succeed. Customer-oriented with
ability to effectively communicate using both verbal and written
skills both internally and externally. Demonstrates deep knowledge
of all Value Dry products and offerings. Demonstrate good
organizational skills. Ability to make decisions for the good of
the business. Good negotiation skills. Lead / Manage / Hold others
accountable. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 5-10 years’ work experience
in a similar role. High School Diploma required. DESIRED PERSONAL
