Job Description:

Immediate need for a Project Manager for a leading Roofing Contractor in Baltimore, Maryland. Please forward your resume to steve@asgsearch.com for immediate consideration. JOB DESCRIPTION: Complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that roofing teams work in safe conditions Work closely with the Production Manager and Superintendents on each project Responsible for planning and controlling every stage of roofing installations or repairs on commercial properties for multiple concurrent projects Projects are located throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas; must be willing to visit multiple sites Projects include retail facilities, schools, hotels, office complexes, strip malls and free standing buildings Determine materials required for each project and devise delivery schedules Supervise teams and inspect the quality of work to ensure standards are met Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines Prepare and deliver reports detailing the progress of all roofing work Manage and keep job status up to date at all times Keep schedule up to date, forecast coming up on a monthly basis and keep track of crew locations Be the main source of contact both internal and external May perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least two years of experience working on commercial projects Demonstrated effective supervisory skills and have the ability to motivate and direct actions of others Critical skills including planning, organizing and problem identification and resolution Strong attention to detail and experience working with Microsoft Office products Possess experience in project costing and planning Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to work under minimal direct supervision Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not a requirement
