Job Description Job Title : Console Operator / Switchboard Operator Location: East Coast Start Date: ASAP Duration: Up to 6 months (Contract) Schedule Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (overnight, as needed) Pay Rate: $12 – $14 (based on experience) Description : We are currently seeking Console Operators / Switchboard Operators to support a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills who are comfortable working various shifts, including evenings and overnights. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING Required : Prior customer service experience (required) Strong verbal communication and listening skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working evening and overnight shifts Reliable, punctual, and professional No state license required DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate a multi-line console/switchboard system Answer, screen, and route incoming calls accurately and professionally Provide excellent customer service to callers Take and relay messages clearly and efficiently Maintain confidentiality and follow established communication protocols Handle high call volumes in a calm and professional manner Assist with basic administrative or communication-related tasks as needed
