The ECAD Design Services Division is seeking an ECAD CAM Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Mission Systems organization. This role is located in Baltimore but is a hybrid work-from-home.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for detailed design of schematics, Printed Wiring Boards, and Circuit Card AssembliesEstablish ECAD Hardware tools to be used for Missions Systems ExecutionSupport various engineering disciplines: ME. EE, MFG, PCB ProducibilityProvide leadership to ECAD draftersBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 2 years of relevant experienceElectrical circuit design experienceSchematic capture experienceCircuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting experience Citizenship is required in order to obtain and maintain security clearanceAbility to Self-start and at times work with minimal instructionsAbility to Troubleshoot issues with various ECAD Tools and applicationsAbility to work various Initiatives for ECAD Design/Process ImprovementsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 0 years of relevant experience.ECAD Layout Experience with PWB/PCB DesignsExperience using Teamcenter: AWC/DRR tasks and their functionalitiesExperience using Mentor Xpedition/DXDCircuit board designElectrical stress analysisSalary Range: $73,600 USD - $92,000 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
