enthusiasts to join our team. Responsibilities: Inspire and engage
young minds through the enchantment of music Cultivate originality

transformative influence of music. Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour
Responsibilities: Design and execute interactive music workshops
for young participants by utilizing music buckets as musical
instruments. Create customized lesson plans that cater to different
proficiency levels and encourage imaginative expression in budding
musicians. Organize and manage performances and exhibitions to
highlight the talents of the youth music-bucket ensemble. Ensure
the upkeep and maintenance of music-bucket instruments and gear for
optimal functionality. Collaborate closely with fellow educators
and personnel to advance the overarching objectives and vision of
the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center. Qualifications: 1-2 years of
experience in musical performance. Proficiency in playing various
musical instruments. Strong improvisational skills. Ability to
engage and entertain diverse audiences. US Work Authorization.

calendar, expanding stronger relationships among schools, students,

our students come from schools in Baltimore City and surrounding
areas that are in dire need of arts education and behavioral
intervention. Our arts education instruction includes dance,
theater, music, visual arts, media arts, creative writing, STEAM,
culinary arts, Yoga, martial arts, and gardening.
