We Are Hiring! Saint Agnes Healthcare in Baltimore, Maryland is
hiring a Certified Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach to
join our team.
Work Schedule: Per diem position with various days/hours depending
on program schedules
What You Will Do: As our Certified Diabetes Prevention Program
Lifestyle Coach, you will apply your knowledge of adult learning
principles to teach various types of learning content to our
patients. You will also help to coordinate the launch of any new
Diabetes Prevention Prevention co-horts.
What You Will Do:
Facilitate classroom training and development programs.
* Apply knowledge of adult learning principles to teach various
types of learning content.
* Work collaboratively with management and subject matter experts
to understand desired performance, assess learning needs, and
develop appropriate training solutions.
* Monitor course participants' progress throughout assigned
* Conducts post-training evaluations and analyze results.
* Update curricula and explores new materials for program
* Take action to stay abreast of current and evolving learning
trends, instructional methods/techniques and emerging
What You Will Need:
* High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or
Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
* 3 years of experience preferred.
