Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
itinerant speech-language pathologist (SLP) position is available,
serving both elementary and middle school students in Woodbridge,
VA. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience
in pediatrics who is ready to support school-aged children in their
communication development. While prior school experience is
preferred, candidates with a strong background in pediatric
speech-language pathology are encouraged to apply. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide individualized speech and language
therapy to elementary and middle school students - Manage a
caseload of up to 55 students, averaging around 50 - Collaborate
with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored
to each students needs - Maintain accurate records and participate
in relevant meetings and training sessions Qualifications and
Desired Experience: - Valid Speech-Language Pathologist
certification and licensure - Experience working with pediatric
populations is required - Previous school-based SLP experience is a
plus but not mandatory - Strong interpersonal and communication
skills - Ability to work itinerantly across multiple school sites
