Job Description:

or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role focuses
on supporting K-12 students as a paraprofessional within a
specialized early intervention setting. Candidates will work onsite
at several locations, including The Learning Center at Pine Forge,
St. Lukes, and CDC 12 Education Center, providing vital educational
assistance and support to students with diverse learning needs. Key
Responsibilities: - Assist classroom teachers in delivering
instructional activities and reinforcing learning concepts. -
Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
and early intervention strategies. - Monitor and report on student
progress and behavior. - Collaborate with educational staff,
therapists, and families to meet student needs. - Maintain a safe
and supportive learning environment for all students. Preferred
Qualifications: - Valid Pennsylvania state paraeducator licensure
with relevant experience. - Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
as part of the onboarding process. - Experience working with
children in K-12 educational settings, preferably in early
intervention or special education. - Strong communication skills
and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary
team. - Flexibility to work across multiple onsite locations as
assigned. Location: - The Learning Center at Pine Forge, 8 Glendale
Road, Boyertown, PA 19512 - St. Lukes, 449 N. 9th Street, Reading,
PA - CDC 12 Education Center, 2101 Centre Avenue, Reading, PA Work
Schedule and Duration: - Full-time, 35 hours per week - Contract
