Design engaging and age-appropriate arts lessons for youth
participants. Purpose: To foster creativity and self-expression in
young individuals. Implement effective classroom management
techniques to ensure a positive learning environment. Purpose: To
promote focus and engagement during art activities. Provide
constructive feedback and encouragement to students to support
their artistic growth. Purpose: To nurture confidence and skill
development in young artists. Collaborate with other instructors to
integrate arts education with other program activities. Purpose: To
create a well-rounded learning experience for the participants.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and
artwork for reporting purposes. Purpose: To track student
development and program effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience
in art education or a related field. Strong lesson planning skills.
Effective classroom management techniques. Flexible schedule
availability. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different
