As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma, GED Equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related major preferred but not required REQUIRED 45 hours Growth and Development and 45 hours Preschool Methods 1 year or more experience with this age group in a licensed center Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
