Job Description:
Constellation, a national leader in energy solutions, is seeking
a Principal Project Developer to spearhead major projects in
renewable energy, infrastructure, and innovative energy management
systems. This role is pivotal in transforming how energy is
delivered across a diverse customer base, from residential plans to
large-scale public sector partnerships. Your expertise in project
delivery and strategic insight will drive initiatives that deliver
sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective energy solutions. Lead
the development and execution of large-scale energy projects,
including feasibility assessments, design, budgeting, and
implementation Coordinate with cross-functional teams across
engineering, legal, finance, and external contractors to ensure
project milestones are met Manage project risks, including
mitigation strategies and contingency plans Engage with
stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community
groups, to ensure projects align with local regulations and gain
public support Monitor technological and regulatory trends in the
energy sector to guide the strategic direction of project
development Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior
management and external stakeholders Oversee budgeting, scheduling,
and other project logistics to ensure projects are delivered on
time and within budget Strong leadership and communication skills
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP,
Agile) In-depth knowledge of energy sector regulations and
technologies Ability to manage complex budgets and schedules
Proficient in stakeholder engagement and negotiation Adaptability
to rapidly changing technology and regulatory landscapes Medical

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Certified
Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent is a plus
