Job Description:

Developer in our Engineering & Architecture department, where you
will lead key projects aimed at enhancing our infrastructure and
capability in delivering sustainable energy solutions. This role
demands strategic oversight and hands-on project development from
inception through completion, ensuring alignment with our vision of
a sustainable and energy-efficient future. Lead the planning,
design, and implementation of large-scale energy projects. Manage
cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within
budget and timelines. Coordinate with internal and external
stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals and
regulatory requirements. Oversee the integration of renewable
energy solutions into existing and new infrastructure. Prepare and
present detailed project reports and updates to senior management.
Identify risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate project
hurdles. Ensure compliance with industry standards and
environmental regulations throughout project lifecycles. Expertise
in project management and development within the energy sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using
project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD). Excellent
leadership and team management capabilities. In-depth knowledge of
energy production, renewable energy technologies, and
sustainability practices. Strong communication and negotiation
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar credentials
advantageous.
