Constellation, a leading innovator in providing integrated energy solutions, is looking for a Sr Project Developer to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. This role focuses on developing and managing projects aimed at enhancing energy production and infrastructure, reducing costs, and improving sustainability across our extensive network. The ideal candidate will be a key player in driving our mission to deliver reliable and sustainable energy solutions. Lead the development and execution of large-scale energy projects from inception to completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure efficient project progression. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies to manage project risks effectively. Stay updated with the latest energy trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects. Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Excellent understanding of energy systems, electrical engineering, and sustainability practices. Proficiency in project management software, like MS Project or Primavera. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar is advantageous.
