Constellation is seeking a dedicated Sr Project Developer to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the energy sector, Constellation provides a range of energy solutions, including power, natural gas, renewables, and energy management services across the United States. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability and expertise in energy project management to help us drive our mission of providing reliable and innovative energy solutions. Lead project development activities from conceptualization to execution, including site identification, feasibility studies, and securing necessary permits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement project plans that align with business goals. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to high environmental and safety standards. Manage interactions with stakeholders, including contractors, government agencies, and community groups to support project progress and stakeholder engagement. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the energy sector to recommend viable solutions for business growth. Strong project management skills, including risk management, resource allocation, and project planning. In-depth understanding of energy systems, renewable energy technologies, and market trends. Proficiency with project management software and tools, such as MS Project or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead teams and manage stakeholders. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Certifications related to renewable energy or energy management are advantageous.
