much more. Expected salary range of $125,100 to $139,000, varies
based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that
includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Directly
responsible for the supervision, assignment and coordination of
Maintenance Division activities to ensure a safe and productive
workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, site and
corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and
local, state and federal regulations. Interfaces with station
planning and scheduling (both outage and online) to plan and
execute work. Provides recommendations on training, procedure
changes, and other needs to support safe and efficient execution of
work activities. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Effectively
supervisor craft personnel to ensure that all assigned maintenance
activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified
workers in accordance with plant procedures, Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) regulations, and the site schedule. Ensures
department personnel are properly supervised, trained, and
qualified to perform assignments. Oversee project and maintenance
activities of multidisciplinary team in regard to heavy industrial
services and maintenance, mobilization of equipment and tooling as
well as interfacing with station management and specific contract
personnel. Satisfy contractual obligations, meet project
milestones, and optimize short-term and long-term company profit by
effectively managing and facilitating resources. Administer
coaching, mentoring and performance management, including
initiation of disciplinary action, for assigned employees.
Effectively communicating significant plant and personnel issues to
Maintenance Manager and all applicable levels of Constellation
Generation Solutions (CGS) and station management. Fostering open
communications and collaboration between all organizations. Ensure
effective communication of company programs, announcements,
policies, etc. to assigned employees and feedback to the company
from assigned employees. Understands, supports and administers all
Maintenance processes, such as the training program, surveillance
program, procedure revisions and Corrective Action Program (CAP) to
ensure effective work practices. Identify and support improvement
opportunities, when applicable. Perform other job assignments and
duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy,
including but not limited to emergency response, departmental
coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions
outside the department. Minimum Qualifications High School
Diploma/GED with 6 years of related craft/trade or related
technical experience (operations, engineering, maintenance, etc.)
Travel required up to 80% Excellent communication skills Excellent
problem solving, decision-making and planning skills Ability to
work in a power plant environment that includes climbing, walking
long distances, and standing for the majority of the time Ability
to lift 50 lbs Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted
access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical
examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Preferred Qualifications Two-year technical degree Fluent in
electronic work management system, Microsoft Word, Excel 3 years
minimum experience in nuclear power plant operations Working
knowledge in Maximo or Asset Suite 9 (AS9)
