We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.About The RoleThe Senior Network Delivery Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise for active services projects. This is a highly technical role where resource will provide technical leadership, direction, and troubleshooting expertise. This role will be the "glue" between customer, project management, and account team(s). Infrastructure technical expertise is required in all categories of network solutions from route/switch, load balancing solutions and firewalls. If you are technical, creative, and able to lead technical teams, you are the right person for this role.What You'll Do

  • Assist Pre-Sales resources with generating accurate services Level of Effort scoping using TRACE3's Consulting Services Calculator (CSC) tool
  • Engage on design/deployment workshops with customer to determine detailed requirements and generate integration/deployment strategy.
  • Transpose requirements and design to Method of Procedure planning, configuration and implementation.
  • Interface with customer to meet goals
  • Integrates architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols into complete network configuration
  • Assists in the development and documentation of technical standards
    • Strong design/integration knowledge with
    • ADN Load balancing using F5, Citrix Netscaler and/or A10
    • Route/Switch: Cisco, Brocade, Juniper
    • firewalls; ASA, SRX, Palo Alto
    • Implements approved methods of procedures and assists in designing customer and corporate standards
    • Develop and implement network enhancements and makes recommendations for improvement
    • Works on projects/systems/issues of varying complexity surrounding network planning, configuration and optimizationQualifications & Interests
      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
      • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in designing, configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks as well as security solutions
      • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
      • Ability to learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies
      • Ability to focus on results while working independently when given a broad direction and desired results
      • Ability to adapt to changing goals based on customer demands and market conditions while working with development and sales teams
      • Strong problem-solving skills: must be capable of accurately assessing needs, maintaining a calm business demeanor, and taking quick action to resolve issues.The Perks
