their missions.**Engineer Senior - Network Security**Senior Network
Security Engineer position supporting a Government mission focused
team. Primary role is providing Senior Network Security Engineering
expertise for the design, integration, test, deployment and
sustainment of strategic/tactical mission focused data acquisition,
processing and forwarding capabilities supporting National policy
and Warfighter decision makers.**What Youll Do:**+ Lead the
development of network security posture requirements in accordance
to customer cyber security policies.+ Create, analyze, optimize and
troubleshoot network boundary rulesets.+ Use packet analysis tools
(i.e. Wireshark) to aid with the creation and troubleshooting of
boundary rulesets.+ Professionally communicate designs and
supporting data to meet requirements and specifications.+ Develop
designs that improve resiliency and performance, and report testing
results to the customer.+ Maintain a regular and predictable work
schedule.+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships
within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic
Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with
others in order to maintain a positive and productive work
environment.+ Perform other duties as necessary.**What Youll
Need:**+ BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical
field is required, plus 8 or more years related experience.+ Each
higher-level degree, i.e., Masters Degree or Ph.D., may substitute
for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be
considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university,
college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by
the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.+ TS/SCI
with Polygraph required.+ Degree in Computer Science preferred.+
Certification in line with IAT L2: ex. CompTIA SEC+ or
CCNA-Security.+ 8 years of experience working with Enterprise
Security Boundary/Firewall devices is preferred.+ Experience
working with mission customers defining security posture
requirements is desired.+ Experience working with Cisco routers and
switches is desired.+ A self-starter approach, striving for
excellence in work and innovation in methods to keep customers
missions operational.**Full-Time On-Site Work Environment:** This
position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site
full-time. Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other
possible non-Ball locations may be required.**Working

position is available.**Compensation & Benefits:**+ **HIRING SALARY
RANGE:** $149,000 - $188,000 (Salary to be determined by the
education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the
applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)+ This
