Job Description:

OPS Consulting is looking for qualified candidates to fill a Hardware Design Engineer - Level 3 position. The candidate will will focus on PCB design and layout; some reverse engineering, to include the analysis of integrated circuits for security, at both the macrocell / digital level, and the transistor / analog level.

Duties:

• 
  
• FPGA and integrated circuit security analysis and recommendations/guidelines.
  
• Microelectronics experience at the FPGA or ASIC level would be appropriate for this position.
  
• Experience with ASIC design tools such as Cadence or Synopsis or FPGA design tools such as Altera Quartus or Xilinx Vivado.
  
• Experience doing physical partitioning or analysis of the FPGA fabric.
  
• Experience with ASIC design is desirable, but position will not involve new ASIC designs.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
    
  • 12 years HDE experience
    
    Security Clearance:
    
    • 
      
    • A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
