You will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to practical situations, develop new skills, and contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components. This co-op position is an integral part of our engineering team and will provide valuable insights into the field of electrical engineering. Duration: This Electrical Engineering Co-Op position is a 6-month opportunity . We have two terms available, January 2024-June 2024 or June 2024 - December 2024. - Location(s): Opportunities available in Baltimore, MD, New Berlin, WI, Phillips, WI, or Sheboygan, WI Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, components, and circuits under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical, software, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of electrical components and systems to ensure their functionality and performance.
    • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
    • Support the documentation process by creating technical drawings, schematics, and reports.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to solve engineering challenges.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with electrical systems, and propose effective solutions.
    • Adhere to company safety protocols and engineering standards throughout all phases of project work. Skills & Qualifications:
      • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a four-year college or university
      • Minimum of 1 year of completed college courses with a strong academic record
      • Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools (e.g., CAD, circuit simulation software).
      • Basic knowledge of programming languages used in electrical engineering (e.g., C/C++, Python, MATLAB).
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Benefits:
