Title: Process Engineer
Location: Baltimore, IL
Shift: M-F, 8:00 - 4:00 P.M (hours may vary)
Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 (based on experience level)

Position Description:
The company is seeking an experienced Process Engineer in Baltimore, MD. The Process Engineer ensures that adequate processes and equipment are established and maintained to support manufacturing's cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

The day-to-day duties of the Process Engineer include:
--- Generating, revising, and maintaining equipment and manufacturing work instructions.
--- Conducting Manufacturing Process/Equipment validation and qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ).
--- Developing and optimizing process parameters utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools.
--- Leading continuous improvement teams, solving manufacturing problems, and establishing methods to improve production processes.
--- Performing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews, including board panelization inputs and reviews of bare board manufacturing requirements.
--- Ordering custom tooling, modifying stencils for manufacturability, and creating Process Flow Routings for production.
--- Creating production documentation, implementing engineering changes, and developing a working knowledge of the Made to Manage System.

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
--- Working experience with process controls utilizing various statistical techniques (DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ).
--- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and with minimal supervision, exercising discretion, independent judgment, and professionalism.
--- Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools, read and interpret engineering drawings, and instructions from operating manuals.
--- Strong customer service and client focus, along with proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products.
