We are excited to meet you.In this role you Will:Manage daily floor activities and transport clients to and from scheduled activities.Monitor clients constantly and work with nurses and other staff to ensure their safety.Assist with mealtime setup, light laundry, room cleaning, and grounds maintenance as needed.Conduct admission and discharge processes for new and existing clients, including paperwork, drug and alcohol tests, skin checks, and inventory searches.Perform regular safety checks on clients every 15 or 30 minutes, depending on their risk level.Communicate effectively with other behavioral health technicians (BHTs) and nurses during shift changes and throughout the shift.Team Culture, Work Life Balance and Career GrowthAs a behavioral health technician at Sandstone Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of teens and young adults who struggle with substance use, addiction, and mental health issues.
