Description
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Field Engineering is seeking a
highly motivated *Principal* *Electronics Engineer/Senior Principal
Electronics Engineer. *This career opportunity is a great fit for

We are looking for you to join our team as a *Principal Electronics
Engineer or Senior Principal Electronics Engineer *as part our
Advanced Tactical Program Radar Team based in Baltimore, MD.
Through the use of Agile practices, you will have a challenging and
rewarding opportunity to be a part of our field Engineering team as
part of our Airborne Multi-Functions Sensors Division. We are
seeking knowledgeable individuals who are passionate about
designing, monitoring, and supporting product technical performance
and aggressive about maintaining product delivery schedules*. *The
lead engineer will support the development, integration, and
testing of radar hardware. * A*ctivities will range from
product-level requirements analysis, hands-on testing, and
troubleshooting; to analysis of failure trends, root cause/
corrective actions; and attending program meetings to report
outcomes, problems, and corrective actions and travel to customer
locations to provide onsite direct support. Extended work hours or
shift work may be required to support surge activities.
This position can be filled as a Principal Systems Engineer, or a
Sr. Principal Systems Engineer based on the qualifications
below.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays
and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
