career. Northrop Grumman is seeking Antenna Test Engineers. This
position will start out in Baltimore, MD for approximately 1-2
years of training and the position will then be located in
Waynesboro, VA. - - The qualified candidate will become part of
Northrop Grumman's Test Engineering Team. What You'll Get to Do: -
- Antenna test equipment design in support of factory phased
array testing
- Integrate new equipment and programs in a state-of-the-art
facility -
- Test software and test equipment design related to phased array
testing
- Software development for automating test processes and data
analysis -
- Troubleshoot RF issues during test of advanced antenna
systems
- Support technicians with troubleshooting and training
- Analyze test data and identify early trends
- Support program meetings in developing root cause and
corrective actions
- Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test
improvements
- Maintain sensitivity to cost, schedule and quality as well as
Northrop Grumman policies and proceduresThe selected candidate will
work in Baltimore, MD for approximately 1-2 years of training and
then relocate to Waynesboro, VA. - - Basic Qualifications: - A
candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related
STEM discipline plus 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as
oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator,
etc.
- Professional software development experience using languages
such as C++, Python, MATLAB, etc.
- Current, active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
with the ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
(U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)Preferred Qualifications: -
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Software development experience with RF and antenna
systems
- Test development experience in a nearfield antenna range
- RF test experience and/or antenna test/range experience

MANUMSSalary Range: $62,200 - $103,200The above salary range
represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers
a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the
scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's
experience, education, skills and current market
conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
