Lead and direct cross-discipline engineering team during, design, manufacturing, and delivery phases of the Swordfish Program
Work with suppliers and be able to articulate project requirements
Support proposal development and new program acquisition efforts
Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 9 or more years of experience, or 7 years with a master's degree or 4 years of experience with a Ph. Previous Manufacturing Engineering Experience Required
Work experience and/or exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, and suppliers
Experience in product leadership across multiple engineering areas such as but limited to: Antenna Design, RF Mode Development & Signal Processing, POD Design, Design for Manufacturability, Integration and Test
Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application.
Master's--degree--in STEM related field
Experience as SME, Technical lead, Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, or other engineering leadership role in a program office that demonstrated team building, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience directly managing or leading engineering teams
Role is contingent on candidate having an Active Secret Clearance.
