Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement, including tech modernization, tech refresh, activities related to customer LANs and unified communication services.Our mission on this program is to design, transition, operate, and continually improve services, including tech modernization, tech refresh, or CERP activities related to client LANs, CAN, and UC services. • Support complex network problems, coordinate with NOC and operational staff, lead platform upgrades, and develop technical resolution reports for outages.
• Perform system patching, IOS and software upgrades, and create/review/publish SOPs.
• Troubleshoot system failures and accessibility issues within the network.
• Monitor network performance, track usage, and develop capacity planning reports.
• Maintain IP address allocations and recommend operational efficiencies.
• Implement workarounds, update knowledge articles, and support KM management.
• Lead network implementation, installation, and refresh projects.
• Work independently while providing leadership to the network team.
• Gather detailed information, analyze problems, and employ creativity for solutions.
• Perform network ticket resolution, categorize service requests, and provision network components.
• Research errors, conduct root cause analyses, and resolve incidents.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain network monitoring systems.Qualifications:
  • High School/GED + 14 years, or Associates + 12 years, or Bachelors + 10 years, or Masters + 9 years.
  • Current IAT II level certification.
  • Minimum TS/SCI clearance (we can sponsor for polygraph, which is required to begin work).Pay Range: The salary range is $94,400 - $198,300, influenced by factors like location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
